As an SDR, your primary goal will be to support sales efforts by booking 20-40 discovery calls per month, managing customer interactions, and assisting with various tasks within the growth team. You'll engage in multi-channel outreach using phone calls, emails, messages, video messages, and LinkedIn, working closely with prospects to schedule discovery calls. You will also play an active role in inbound lead follow-ups, rescheduling coaching sessions, and other customer service-related tasks. This role is ideal for someone who is interested in psychology and leadership and eager to grow their skills in sales and customer service.
Personally reach out to prospects using varied strategies (phone calls, emails, LinkedIn, etc.) to schedule discovery calls.
Handle inbound lead follow-ups, booking, and scheduling tasks, as well as rescheduling and managing coaching sessions as needed.
Maintain and update CRM data to ensure customer information is accurate and track progress for future outreach.
Collaborate actively with the growth team to support daily activities and contribute to growth initiatives.
Support in customer service, conducting feedback calls, and managing event logistics or other ad-hoc activities.
Support in multi-channel prospecting efforts, focusing on identifying and qualifying leads with genuine sales potential.
Some experience in sales, customer service, or a related field is beneficial but not mandatory. More importantly, a strong eagerness to learn and develop within the role is key.
An interest in sales and enthusiasm for learning new skills and techniques.
Resilience and consistency in making calls and reaching out to prospects without significant emotional strain.
Strong active listening skills and the ability to engage in meaningful conversations with customers.
