Join our Customer Support team as an Adoption & Solution Specialist, and help turn support conversations into real solutions and stronger adoption.
This is a part-time position (15–25 hours/week).

You’ll help customer to run their platforms smoothly, solve challenges, and guide them toward smarter, more effective ways of using Learningbank in their daily operations.
You’ll spot opportunities to strengthen adoption, share best practices, and help customers connect the platform to real work.
Your goal isn’t just resolution - it’s realization: helping customers see what’s possible and use Learningbank to its full potential.
Deliver support that moves things forward: Be the first point of contact in our suport channel (Intercom) - respond and resolve with impact, and make every interaction a moment of trust and progress.
Get the CSAT through the roof: Deliver top-notch support that makes customers feel valued, heard, and confident using Learningbank.
Guide and educate: Share actionable tips and best practices that help customers make the most of the platform and grow adoption.
Collaborate & improve: Work closely with Customer and P teams to track cases, share insights, and turn feedback into improvements that shape Learningbank’s evolution.
