As an Account Manager, your focus is on communications with clients, identifying where Upnova can deliver the biggest impact and helping brands turn missed upsell potential into profit. You’ll thrive in a fast-moving environment, talking daily with brand founders/managers, marketing leads, and eCommerce operators who rely on you to help them make smarter growth decisions.
You have experience in SaaS, eCommerce, or marketing tech, and you understand how to communicate value in simple, practical terms. (Shopify is a plus)
You’re analytical and approach problems with data — you can explain the ROI of a decision and spot optimization opportunities instantly.
You build strong client relationships — earning trust, understanding goals, and turning customer feedback into growth opportunities.
You take ownership of your accounts, proactively identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities that help clients scale revenue.
You’re a natural problem-solver, acting as the link between clients and internal teams to ensure smooth implementation and long-term success.

You’ve taken a product from 0 → 1 before or worked in another high-growth SaaS startup.
