You will work closely with our Head of Customer Success to help shape the commercial backbone of Dripdrop’s partner experience. This role blends relationship-building, strategic thinking, and structured execution.
You will take ownership of initiatives end-to-end, driving outcomes: stronger partnerships, higher retention, deeper engagement, and new commercial opportunities emerging from trust-based relationships. As Dripdrop grows, there will be room for the role to evolve in scope and responsibility.
You’ll connect Customer Success, Production, Sales, and Marketing, becoming a commercial bridge that transforms insights into alignment and alignment into revenue-driving action.
You’ll be based at our Aarhus HQ and can expect regular travel — typically a few partner visits per month and occasional international trips tied to market expansion (such as the US).
Building genuine relationships with partners, understanding their goals, and helping them succeed through proactive collaboration and care
Turning insights and ideas into clear success projects that improve partner outcomes and strengthen long-term relationships
Supporting and improving how we onboard, optimize, and grow partners so their experience feels smooth, personal, and valuable from day one
Coordinating with Sales and Marketing to activate ambassadors, collect success stories, and create shared wins
Proactively identifying early signs of churn and taking action to re-engage and retain at-risk partners through genuine dialogue and tailored support
Transforming satisfaction into growth by identifying referral opportunities and celebrating partners who advocate for Dripdrop
Following up with care and curiosity to ensure partners see real impact — not just service
Supporting growth in expanding markets by helping partners reach new milestones and sharing insights that make our collective success stronger
