As Customer Success Associate, you will play an important part in making magic happen daily. You will help our partners succeed by enabling them to see and experience the real value of working with Dripdrop. Every conversation, follow-up, and detail you handle helps our partners feel cared for, confident, and connected. You will be part of a team that puts people first, turning good partnerships into great ones and rainy days into opportunities to do something meaningful.
You will join Dripdrop, a fast-growing Danish startup making rain smarter and sustainability simpler. Our partners include some of the world’s most recognized hospitality brands such as Marriott, Hilton, and Radisson, and we are growing fast across Europe with global ambitions.
You will be part of our Customer Success team, the ones who make sure every Dripdrop partner feels supported, understood, and set up for success.
Your job is to make things run smoothly. From onboarding and coordination to follow-ups and system updates, you will make sure our partners’ experience is reliable, thoughtful, and most importantly, human.
Most of your time will be spent working directly with partners, helping them get the most from Dripdrop. The rest will go into keeping our internal tools and workflows accurate and organized so every team member has what they need to keep things moving.
This is not a back-office role. It is a hands-on position where structure meets care, and where every task connects to a real partner outcome.
You will work at our headquarters in Aarhus together with the rest of our Customer Success and Commercial team.
Owning partner onboarding and making sure every step runs smoothly and sets them up for success
Following up with partners to ensure they see value, feel supported, and continue growing with Dripdrop
Spotting opportunities for improvement, referrals, or new ways to strengthen the partnership
Proactively identifying early signs of churn and acting to re-engage and retain at-risk partners
Coordinating internally with Sales, Operations, and Marketing to solve partner needs, share insights, and turn feedback into action
Keeping partner data accurate and accessible across systems and CRM to make collaboration easy and reliable
Organizing and improving success workflows, communication templates, and follow-up routines
Celebrating partner milestones, sharing wins internally, and helping create ambassadors who proudly represent Dripdrop
Contributing to campaigns and initiatives that highlight partner stories and inspire others to join our mission
