Traede helps some of the most exciting fashion and lifestyle brands in the Nordics manage their B2B and B2C sales. We’re part of Duett Software Group and growing fast across the region, so we’re now looking for a driven Sales Development Representative for Sweden to join our team in Copenhagen.
As an SDR, you’ll be the first point of contact with new potential customers. You’ll focus on identifying, reaching out to, and qualifying prospects to help expand our customer base in Sweden. You’ll work closely with the Sales Executives to generate meetings and build the pipeline for future deals.
Research and identify relevant brands and potential customers in Sweden
Generate and manage your own leads, from first contact to booked meeting
Proactively reach out via phone, email, and LinkedIn to book high-quality meetings
Consistently meet and exceed targets and contribute to overall team growth
Follow up on inbound leads and maintain structured communication with prospects
Collaborate with Sales Executives to ensure a smooth handover of qualified leads
Track and report progress through structured weekly and monthly reporting
Experience with outbound prospecting and a strong interest in B2B sales
Great communication skills and the confidence to reach out directly to decision-makers
Fluent in Swedish and English (spoken and written)
A proactive, curious mindset and motivation to learn and grow
Interest in the fashion or lifestyle industry is a big plus
Familiarity with ERP, B2B, or CRM systems is an advantage
Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-growth environment where things move quickly
Based in the Copenhagen area and able to work from our HQ
