At LifeBonder, we’re not just organising events — we’re creating transformational experiences that help people grow, connect, and reconnect offline. Our mission is to design workshops where people don’t just attend — they evolve.
We’re looking for a Workshops & Events Coordinator who thrives on autonomy, creativity, and action — someone ready to take full ownership of bringing our guest speaker and workshop event concepts to life in Copenhagen.
This isn’t about managing what exists — it’s about building what’s next.
If you’ve stood in front of a room before, facilitated change, or simply know exactly how to craft meaningful moments that leave a mark — this is your space to design and execute.
Plan and Execute Transformational Workshops: Create, structure, and deliver in-person workshops that inspire growth, confidence, and connection — from concept to completion. (You’ll be managing your own project autonomously).
Bring Guest Speaker Ideas to Life: Turn expert and peer-led proposals into powerful, well-run workshop experiences that resonate long after the event ends.
Own the Full Event Lifecycle: Lead every step — concepting, planning, execution, evaluation, and iteration — with full creative freedom and accountability.
Shape a New Chapter in Copenhagen: Build a fresh events identity that reflects the city’s spirit and LifeBonder’s mission to get people off their screens and into real connection.
Collaborate with Key Teams: Partner with Marketing, Partnerships, and Community to bring visibility, engagement, and alignment to every event.
Champion Emotional Impact: Design experiences people feel — where meaning outweighs aesthetics and transformation outlasts the day.
*This is an UNPAID OPPORTUNITY with our mission-driven startup.
You’ve designed and/or led workshops before, so you know what it takes to make them flow and land with real impact.
You’re an independent, self-directed doer who thrives on autonomy and momentum.
You bring both creative spark and operational excellence — equal parts visionary and executor.
You understand people — how they learn, connect, and grow.
You’re passionate about building community offline, creating spaces where authenticity thrives.
You know that an early stage startup shoestring budget isn’t a barrier to creating a great event as long as you have the skills and creativity to think outside the box
You live in Copenhagen, love its culture, and know how to channel its energy into meaningful events.
You’re flexible with occasional evening or weekend workshops.
You’re fluent in English (C1/C2 level).
Full ownership & creative freedom — build our Copenhagen workshops program from the ground up.
Visible impact — see your ideas turn into meaningful, commercial community experiences.
Mission-driven purpose — be part of a startup redefining connection in the digital age.
Collaborative ecosystem — work cross-functionally while leading your own domain.
