Today, critical data is trapped and fragmented across property management, leasing, and finance systems. Our mission is to unify this chaos into one clean, real-time source of truth that powers portfolio-level intelligence, automation, and decision-making for the largest asset managers in the industry.

We're looking for a Head of Engineering, a true full-stack generalist, who thrives on solving messy, high-impact problems. You'll be building the core systems that real users rely on daily, requiring comfort across data ingestion, backend services, infrastructure, and the application layer.

What You’ll Own

This is a high-autonomy role where you will define and implement the entire technical backbone of the product:

• Data & Back-End Architecture: Design the foundational data schema, build complex ingestion pipelines, and develop robust, scalable back-end services.

• Full-Stack Development: Lead feature development across the entire stack, delivering modern UIs and reliable APIs.

• Infrastructure & Platform: Own deployment automation, security (access control, multi-tenancy), monitoring, and cloud infrastructure.

• AI Integration: Research, integrate, and deploy cutting-edge AI/ML features directly into core product workflows.

• End-to-End Ownership: Take features from customer discovery and design through to final production deployment and operation.

  
  

Your Profile

You are a practical, results-driven engineer who can own a feature from idea to production:

• Full-Stack Depth: Proven ability to deliver production features across the entire stack, from modern UI development to scalable backend services.

• Data Fluency: Comfortable working with complex data systems, integration patterns, and architectural design.

• Cloud Experience: Practical experience deploying, securing, and managing services in major cloud environments.

• Results-Oriented: Highly practical, focused on solving the right problems quickly and effectively.

• Excellent Communicator: Able to clearly articulate technical trade-offs and collaborate effectively with non-technical stakeholders.

• Bonus: Experience with emerging technologies like AI/LLM integration or relevant domain knowledge (e.g., FinTech, PropTech).
