📈 What You'll Be Doing

As our Finance Student Assistant, you will be a key support to the finance team. Your responsibilities will be crucial for maintaining our financial health and partner relationships.

• Receipt & Invoice Management: You will be responsible for locating, organizing, and verifying invoices, receipts, and other financial vouchers to ensure our accounting is accurate and audit-ready.

• Payment Processing: You will accurately prepare and set up domestic and international payments in our online banking system for approval.

• Partner Commission & Administration: This is a key part of the role. You will:

  • Meticulously calculate monthly/quarterly commissions based on partner agreements.

  • Prepare commission statements and manage the settlement process.

  • Be the point of contact for partners regarding finance queries, proactively collecting and maintaining up-to-date information (such as bank details, tax forms, and company info).

• Ad-hoc Financial Support: Assist the finance team with data entry, reconciliations, and light reporting tasks as needed.
