We’re looking for the fourth member of our app development team!

At proprty.ai, we’re building an exciting product that helps large property owners and managers maintain their buildings efficiently, cost-effectively, and sustainably using AI. Our platform automatically assesses building conditions, identifies issues, and generates data-driven maintenance plans that can be tailored and simulated to see the impact of different choices. We recently added a new module focused on reducing CO₂ emissions, helping our customers take action toward a better and more sustainable future.

The product went live in 2024 and is already solving real problems for real people. There is still so much we can do to make it even better, and you could be part of shaping the future of building maintenance.

About the team

We’re a small but mighty crew, consisting of the CTO and two full-time devs who love solving tricky problems together. We talk a lot (in a good way), pair up when things get tough, and keep the vibe light with plenty of jokes and good energy. Management’s super chill, and whether you’re the chatty type or prefer quiet focus, you’ll fit right in.

About the Role

Full-stack development on-site in our office.
We ship new features several times a week, so you’ll see your work go live fast.
You’ll have the freedom to code, experiment, and lean into the skills that make you shine.
You’ll be part of the whole journey for new features, from brainstorming and design to implementation.
You will fix and optimize code whenever something inevitably goes wrong.
We keep meetings to a minimum so you can focus on what you do best: building awesome things.

About You

You have experience building apps with React, TypeScript, and some SQL.
You take full ownership of features, from design to implementation.
You’re comfortable working on both frontend and backend development.
Bonus points if you’ve worked with Postgres and Next.js.

proprty.ai is building a service to help Danish property managers leverage machine learning technology to create better condition assessments and maintenance plans. The cost of maintaining the Danish property mass is growing fast, and property managers are struggling to keep up with maintenance and regulatory responsibilities. This is not only hurting the property managers, but also the people using and living in the buildings. The challenge to live up to the EU Taxonomy for Sustainable Activities, is made harder, by not having the tools nor data to make the right strategic choices when planning and executing maintenance. With our service we aim to create property condition assessment and maintenance plans faster and more accurately than what is possible today. Using machine learning algorithms trained on millions of m2 worth of data, we can provide property managers with data to make the right decisions, when it comes to spending resources on maintenance. That way they can cut costs, improve property conditions and push the property mass towards a sustainable future. We're creating an AI powered web platform, that allows property managers to create condition assessments and maintenance plans in a fraction of the time they're using today, by mixing output from our machine learning models with boots on the ground input. It's not only faster. It provides high quality data instead of subjective information. At proprty.ai we've already signed partnerships with 18% of the Danish residential property market.
