Campaign Strategies, Management and Optimisation:
Set up and manage campaigns to reach the right audiences at the right time focusing on relevant campaign optimizations.
Ongoing optimisation of paid social initiatives to ensure best utilization of the client's budgets to reach their individual KPIs.
Build and execute testing frameworks for clients to aid them in achieving their business objectives
Contribute to acquisition strategy taking an active part in the analysis work (conduct thorough research for our clients, including audience analysis, and market and competitor insights ). Translate research and findings into business insights and actionable steps for both client and us.
Measurement and Insights:
Build reports for internal and external stakeholders, gathering data and insights turning them actionable
Ensure communication and coordination with our tracking team for optimal measurement of campaign performance
Client Communication and Meetings:
Support client communication and participate in strategy meetings
Participate in planning and ideation meetings internally and with clients
Build relationships and trust with relevant stakeholders from the client side
Position yourself as a thought leader and product expert internally and externally
Contribute to Sales Pitches:
Make paid social audits for potential clients including recommendations.
Participate in client pitches (not lead) to ensure understanding across the board.
3+ years of experience working with different paid social platforms with particular experience within LinkedIn.
Experience with audience design and strategy for B2B clients (with a focus on LinkedIn as a platform).
Understands and has experience with B2B acquisition strategies. Understands where they differ from B2C.
Fluent in English.
Ideal but not a requirement:
Have worked in an agency environment before and thrives in it.
Fluent in a Nordic language.
Primary location either in Aarhus or Copenhagen.
A natural curiosity for translating platform data and insights into concrete business insights and recommendations.
Understands and have experience with ABM.
Nice to have:
A passion/curiosity for MTA and MMM. It’s not a necessity to have worked with it but having an interest to develop own skills within this field is a nice to have.
A keen eye for process optimization and always aims to find ways to work faster and smarter.
