At NordicCharge, we're building the most agile and transparent e-mobility operations platform in the market. Founded in 2023, we are a fast-growing Danish startup simplifying operations for Charge Point Operators (CPOs) and their partners. From hardware and logistics to installation, automation and system integrations — we unify the EV charging ecosystem and enable CPOs to scale smarter and faster.
As we continue to grow, we are looking for a proactive and driven Sales & Partnerships Manager to play a key role in bringing NordicCharge to the next stage. This is a unique opportunity to join early, shape how we build commercial success, and drive strategic customer and partner relationships in a rapidly expanding industry.
Sales & Market Development
Drive B2B sales efforts and own a growing pipeline of CPOs, utilities, and partners
Execute hands-on outreach, demos, and deal cycles from first contact to close
Implement scalable sales tactics and help shape our GTM strategy
Deliver compelling positioning of NordicCharge’s platform and services
Partnership Growth
Identify and build strategic partnerships across the EV charging ecosystem
Expand and manage partner relationships to help scale our market reach
Collaborate with internal teams to support co-selling and partner-led success
Customer Success & Expansion
Build long-term relationships with customers and partners
Understand customer needs and translate insights into product and operational improvements
Support onboarding and ensure successful adoption and expansion
Pipeline & Insights
Own and maintain pipeline transparency and forecasting
Track KPIs, learn from customer feedback, and refine sales motions
Collaborate with marketing, product and operations to ensure strong commercial alignment
Growing commercial pipeline and closing key accounts
Establishing strategic partnerships that drive market expansion
Building repeatable sales processes and scalable GTM foundations
We’re looking for a builder who is motivated by impact, ownership, and growth.
3+ years in B2B sales or business development, preferably in SaaS, infrastructure, energy, mobility, or similar
Experience owning deals end-to-end and building strong commercial relationships
Knowledge of — or strong interest in — the EV charging ecosystem and energy transition
Comfortable in early-stage environments: resourceful, proactive, and hands-on
Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder-management skills
Data-driven mindset with ability to learn fast and adapt
Fluent in English — Danish or other Nordic languages are a big plus
Willing to travel across key markets when needed
