Sheer is hiring a Designer to help shape the future of Influencer Marketing.

We are looking for a designer who loves turning complex systems into simple, beautiful interfaces. Someone who thrives in the intersection of product, design, and storytelling.

We’re continuously interviewing and expect to onboard new hires starting December 2025.

About the job:

You will be joining a small, ambitious team building the Sheer Influencer Marketing Platform, which helps brands and agencies collaborate with creators, manage campaigns, and measure results in real time.

You’ll work closely with our CTO and product team to:

• Own the end-to-end design process. From concept to production-ready designs

• Design intuitive interfaces across dashboards, analytics, and creative workflows

• Shape and expand our internal design system and overall product aesthetic

• Collaborate with developers to bring your designs to life in a modern Rails stack

• Contribute to Sheer’s visual identity and storytelling across marketing and product

About you:

You might be a great fit if you:

• Have strong experience designing web apps or SaaS products

• Can translate complex user journeys into clean, elegant flows and interfaces

• Have a good sense of hierarchy, typography, and interaction design

• Enjoy collaborating closely with developers, customers and product team.

• Are comfortable working in Figma and contributing to a design system

• Care deeply about the details. From micro-interactions to motion and copy

• Bonus: experience with branding, marketing sites

Pay & benefits:

• DKK 35-45k per month (depending on experience)
