Heyra is looking for a Management Consultant with a love for digital products. A strategic, analytical, and entrepreneurial mind who thrives at the intersection of business, technology, and people.

At Heyra, we do not want to be another consultancy that hands over strategies and slides - we build and we are tech-savvy. And to build great products, we need people who take real ownership, not just facilitate discussions or manage task lists. You’ll work closely with clients across industries to identify opportunities, define strategies, and guide digital products from idea to impact. This role blends strategic advisory, product ownership, and commercial responsibility. Perfect for someone who enjoys turning insights into action and aligning teams around a shared vision

What you’ll do

• Lead client discovery processes - identifying business challenges, defining digital strategies, and shaping clear product visions.

• Get truly hands-on by defining the products we are going to build.

• Partner closely with designers, developers, and clients to develop products.

• Manage delivery, handover, and continuous improvement across digital projects.

• Support Heyra’s internal growth - from improving delivery frameworks to shaping how we scale our consulting practice

Who you are

• Master’s level degree in Business, Information Systems, or similar.

• 2–3 years’ experience in consulting, digital strategy, or similar.

• Strong business acumen and interest in technology.

• Proven experience driving digital transformation or product-related projects.

• Excellent communicator and relationship builder.

• Structured, proactive, and excited by responsibility early in your career.

• Comfortable engaging C-level clients and translating between business and technical stakeholders.

• Fluent in English.
