Goals

• Publish daily posts on relevant social media platforms with company-relevant content created by you.
• Host at least one webinar every 4–6 weeks, including preparation, content, and technical setup.
• Deliver one new initiative or improvement to marketing every month for the first six months.
• Within two months, deliver a practical six-month plan for marketing activities and their expected impact.

The Job

As Digital Marketing Specialist at Januar, you’ll take ownership of executing and improving our marketing activities. You’ll create, schedule, and publish social media posts, manage webinars, and design visuals for various channels.

Your daily work will be 90% operational (hands-on creation and delivery) while the remaining 10% focuses on testing new tools and developing smarter ways to market, including exploring AI-powered marketing techniques.

Responsibilities

• Create and publish engaging content that reflects Januar’s values and activities.
• Plan, promote, and execute webinars for partners and the community.
• Design and produce visual content for social media, newsletters, and partner communications.
• Track, analyze, and report weekly marketing performance.
• Propose and implement marketing improvements and new initiatives.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistency and alignment across channels.
• The company is still young, and for someone with the right talent, attitude and work ethic, there will be plenty of opportunities to have an impact.

About You

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Business, or a related field.
• Proven experience in a hands-on marketing role (B2B, tech, or fintech preferred).
• Skilled in social media management and visual content creation (e.g., Canva, Capcut, or Figma).
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
• Strong ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with marketing automation or AI marketing tools is a plus.

You do not need to have intricate knowledge of crypto, we do. What you need is the desire to proactively make things better and have a real impact.

Practical information

Start date: December 1, 2025
Salary range: 32.000-40.000 DKK per month
