You will join Dripdrop, an untraditional and impact-focused Danish startup creating the leading umbrella-sharing solution for hotels and offices. We work with some of the world’s most recognized brands such as Marriott, Hilton, Radisson, across 26 countries in Europe.

To keep those relationships strong and keep building new ones, we’re looking for a Sales Assistant - someone who enjoys structure, has an eye for detail, and keeps the operational side running smoothly. You’ll be part of our commercial team, handling the coordination and administrative tasks that keep our sales and partnership processes organized and efficient.
You’ll work from our HQ in Aarhus, but should be ready to travel occasionally if needed.
All the above will happen in tight collaboration with the commercial team and under the leadership of our CCO and co-founder, Mattias.
Help keep our CRM (Pipedrive) data clean, updated, and reliable.
Adding new partners to our CRM system and Google Sheets to make sure partner data stays reliable across departments
Supporting operational steps that prepare new partners’ umbrella stands for production, from collecting details to ensuring smooth handovers.
Managing some of the incoming inquiries
Handling day-to-day administrative tasks that keep the commercial team running efficiently
Helping structure and improve commercial workflows so everything stays aligned and efficient
A structured and detail-oriented mindset - you love tidy data and making things run smoothly. You are able to prioritize tasks and manage your time
A natural sense of organization and process - you’re the kind of person who spots gaps and quietly fixes them.
AI fluency - you use AI tools to stay efficient and organized.
Comfort with Google Sheets
A helpful, proactive, and humble attitude - you take pride in supporting others and helping them shine.
Fluency in English (our work language).
A desire to work in a small, ambitious, and friendly team - you collaborate easily but also work independently.
Curiosity and eagerness to understand our product and technology - no technical background required, just a willingness to learn.
Basic CRM knowledge is appreciated but not a hard requirement - Pipedrive specific experience is an even bigger plus.
