About the Role

We are looking for a Technical Manager — a proactive, tech-savvy professional who will act as the subject matter expert (SME) for the PWN Global platform, website, and member app.

This role is essential to ensure that our digital presence runs smoothly and that our online tools effectively support our members, events, and community engagement.

If you enjoy solving problems, improving digital processes, and helping others navigate technology, this is a perfect opportunity to contribute your expertise while making a meaningful impact.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all technical aspects of the PWN Global platform, including the website, member database, and app.

  • Manage updates, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate with the PWN Global technical support team when needed.

  • Ensure the website content and event information are accurate, up-to-date, and visually aligned with our brand.

  • Support the Marketing & Communications team in publishing content, newsletters, and campaigns.

  • Provide basic technical training or documentation for board members and volunteers.

  • Explore opportunities to improve user experience and optimize digital workflows.

What We’re Looking For

  • Solid understanding of content management systems (CMS) and digital platforms.

  • Good technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.

  • Familiarity with website management, and/or digital communication tools.

  • Interest in community engagement, technology, and women’s empowerment.

What We Offer

  • A meaningful volunteer opportunity in a dynamic, international network.

  • The chance to shape and improve the technical foundation of PWN Copenhagen.

  • Collaboration with a passionate and supportive team of professionals.

  • Recognition as a key enabler of digital transformation in our organization.

Time Commitment: Approximately 5 hours per week, with flexibility.

If you’re looking for a meaningful way to contribute your time and skills while learning and growing, we’d love to hear from you!
