We are seeking an Applications & Grants Manager to help us secure external funding and partnerships that will fuel our programs, events, and long-term initiatives.
This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive, resourceful, and detail-oriented individual who enjoys researching funding opportunities, crafting compelling applications, and making a tangible impact on a mission-driven organization.
Identify and research relevant grants, funding schemes, sponsorships, and partnership opportunities (local, national, and EU-level).
Prepare, write, and submit high-quality grant applications and funding proposals that align with PWN Copenhagen’s mission and strategy.
Build and maintain a database of available funding sources and deadlines.
Collaborate closely with the Board (especially Partnerships, Finance, and Strategy) to align funding applications with organizational priorities.
Monitor grant reporting requirements and ensure compliance with deadlines and deliverables.
Support relationship building with key stakeholders, sponsors, and foundations.
Excellent written communication skills and attention to detail.
Proven experience in grant writing, fundraising, or sponsorship development.
Ability to work independently, manage deadlines, and take initiative.
Strong research and analytical skills.
Interest in gender equality, leadership development, and community empowerment.
Fluency in English (Danish is an asset).
