At Teton, we are redefining the role of healthcare workers through cutting-edge AI technology. In the face of a global nursing shortage, our solutions provide vital support to overburdened health systems.
With thousands of residents and patients across 4 countries and 2 continents already benefiting from our technology, we are rapidly expanding our reach. What sets us apart is our relentless focus on product excellence and user experience, deploying solutions at speed that make a tangible difference in patient care.
At this stage of our journey, we require a physical presence at our office in Copenhagen, Denmark. We believe close collaboration enables the fastest and most efficient iteration cycles—helping us build an impactful product that healthcare professionals truly love to use.
We're looking for a talented and driven Health Sensing ML Engineer to join our Health team and push the boundaries of contactless health monitoring technology.
This job is about developing the signal processing, computer vison, and machine learning systems that extract biosignals from camera data — and transform them into meaningful features that power our remote patient monitoring platform.
In this role, you will:
Build robust algorithms and models that extract physiological information from cameras in low SNR, noisy, and artifact-prone conditions
Develop and deploy machine learning models for physiological inference, combining classical signal processing with modern deep learning approaches for time-series and multi-modal data
Design and support data collection studies to validate, and benchmark algorithms against clinical standards
Optimize algorithms for edge deployment, balancing accuracy with computational efficiency, power, and memory constraints
Collaborate across disciplines with commercial and engineering teams to translate our algorithms into production-ready features that healthcare workers trust and rely on
"Drive algorithm and feature innovation by applying physiological knowledge —identifying new biomarkers worth pursuing, designing processing approaches that leverage physiological relationships and exploring the limits of our sensing technology
MSc or PhD in Biomedical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field—or equivalent practical experience
Python, PyTorch and scientific processing libraries (experience with TensorRT is a plus)
3+ years of experience developing signal processing, computer vision and machine learning algorithms for extracting and processing time-series biosignals, preferably on data from noisy sensors like cameras, wearables or similar
Strong understanding of human physiology across cardiovascular, respiratory, and sleep domains, with the ability to translate physiological principles into algorithmic design
Participation in our warrant program (stock options).
Work with state-of-the-art technology in a pioneering field.
A vibrant, learning-focused work environment.
A role where you can make a significant impact on healthcare delivery.
We're looking for individuals who share our vision and value ownership and entrepreneurship over a conventional job.
At Teton, you'll have the chance to make a real impact with your work.
If you're ready for more than just a job, come aboard and be part of our mission to transform healthcare.
