Homeswap is a platform where members can stay in each other’s homes instead of paying for accommodation when they travel. You earn credits by hosting, and you can use them to travel. We already have members in more than 20 countries and are now ready to scale.


We’re looking for a Growth Manager to help us bring more homes onto the platform and accelerate our next stage of growth.

Start date: 1 January 2026


Role

As growth manager, you will own the end-to-end acquisition funnel for new listings. You will work closely with product and our influencer lead to build and optimise growth experiments across paid channels, onboarding and activation loops.


What you will be working on

  • Planning and executing paid campaigns (mainly Meta + TikTok)

  • Running experiments to improve landing page performance and conversion

  • Improving onboarding and listing completion rate

  • CRM and lifecycle activation (email)

  • Data-driven optimisation and growth tracking

  • Building playbooks for what works, and scaling them


Who you are

You operate with a test-and-learn mindset and prefer running experiments over long planning cycles. You are hands-on, curious, and comfortable working in a fast-moving environment where speed is an advantage.


You likely have:

  • 2-3 years of experience in performance marketing or growth roles

  • Experience in a startup or fast-moving digital environment

  • Strong skills in paid social (Meta + TikTok)

  • A good understanding of activation and retention mechanics

  • Ability to move from hypothesis to live test quickly

  • A product-minded approach to growth

  • You will not be expected to run influencer marketing directly - you will collaborate closely with our Influencer Manager to ensure paid + community efforts support each other.
