At Amass, we’re building the AI map of the world’s scientific knowledge — helping life-science teams discover, connect, and synthesize insights faster than ever before. Backed by Giant Ventures, Kost Capital, and EIFO, we’re entering our next growth phase and looking for our first Demand Generation / Growth Marketer to shape how we reach, convert, and retain customers.
This is a rare opportunity to build the marketing function from scratch — from campaigns and funnel analytics to creative automation and AI-driven outreach.
Design and run full-funnel demand-gen experiments across channels (LinkedIn, email, communities, events, partnerships, etc.)
Build our early growth stack > CRM, attribution, automation, and content ops, ideally with AI-powered tools you already love
Turn scientific storytelling into high-performing assets (landing pages, newsletters, case studies, micro-videos, etc.)
Collaborate with founders and BD on positioning, messaging, and outbound motion
Define metrics that matter (activation, retention, LTV/CAC, etc.) and scale what works
Grow into a leadership role as we expand our commercial team in 2025–26
Have 2–5 years’ experience in growth, demand gen, or marketing at a SaaS, AI, or life-science-related company
Love data, experimentation, and performance — but can also tell a story that makes scientists click
Are fluent in modern tools (like Attio, Figma, Webflow, Notion, GPTs, Claude etc.)
Build with AI > prompt engineers, automates, and prototypes faster than most teams can brief
Want to grow into a Head of Marketing / GTM role and shape how Amass reaches the world
Work directly with founders and world-class scientist and engineers
