Your role

As our first SDR / Go-To-Market Specialist, you’ll be part of writing the next chapter.

You’ll work directly with our founders, build the outbound engine from scratch, and help bring Contribe to thousands of new brands across Europe.

This isn’t a “just follow the script” kind of job - it’s about curiosity, learning fast, and shaping how we scale.


What you’ll do

  • Identify and engage new potential partners (brands, agencies, etc.)

  • Build a strong lead pipeline for yourself and the team

  • Communicate Contribe’s value clearly - showing how brands can grow and make an impact

  • Work closely with the founders to refine our go-to-market playbook

  • Help shape the commercial side of an early-stage scale-up expanding across Europe


Who you are

  • Fluent in Danish and English

  • Naturally curious and commercially minded (experience in sales is a plus, not a must)

  • You like structure but also thrive in fast-moving environments

  • You want to sell something that actually makes a difference

  • You bring energy, initiative, and a drive to grow personally and professionally
