We’re looking for a Electrical Hardware Engineer to join our Hardware Team and help create the next generation of intelligent devices within the Teton ecosystem.
You will design reliable, scalable hardware platforms that power our edge computing and AI-driven healthcare solutions. This role offers the opportunity to be hands-on and innovative, turning concepts into production-ready, certified products.
In this role, you will focus on:
Electrical Hardware Design: Develop next-generation hardware for Teton’s ecosystem of devices.
Certification: Prepare designs for compliance with EMC, RED, LVD, and other standards.
Prototyping & Testing: Bring up, test, and validate electronics; write scripts to automate testing.
Production: Work closely with manufacturers to bring PCBs from prototype to mass production.
Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams to integrate hardware with firmware, software, and mechanics.
Degree in Electronics Engineering or related field with 4 years of experience.
Strong schematic design and PCB layout skills in Altium Designer.
Experience designing electronics for certification and managing the compliance process.
Proficiency in digital and analog circuit design.
Experience testing and debugging hardware systems.
Hands-on, self-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Experience with high-speed signal design.
Experience with wireless / IoT systems.
Knowledge of complex power management.
You enjoy solving complex hardware challenges from concept to production.
You think ahead about potential failure points and design for reliability.
You care deeply about robustness, test-ability, and long-term maintainability.
You communicate clearly with cross-functional teams during design and validation.
You balance quick debugging with implementing lasting design improvements.
