You’ll work closely with the CEO and Management Team to keep MATE’s priorities sharp and its execution on track. Your role is to turn priorities into progress, ensuring key initiatives move forward, decisions are followed up, and the right information reaches the right people at the right time. You’ll collaborate across the entire organisation to make sure the company moves ahead as one.
MATE is an agile and fast-growing company, which means you’ll often start from zero and prepare what doesn’t yet exist. You’ll learn fast, connect the dots, and turn what works into repeatable ways of operating that support MATE scale efficiently. In a global e-mobility business with production partners, distributors, and brand collaborations across multiple markets, your work will keep complexity manageable and growth sustainable. And when things inevitably get messy, you’ll step in to unblock progress and get the job done.
To succeed, you need to be comfortable navigating uncertainty and see it as freedom to create clarity, be creative, and build what’s missing. You’ll have the autonomy to make a difference, implement new processes, and drive initiatives independently, leaving your mark on how MATE runs and scales. As this is a new role at MATE, the scope will evolve as the company continues to grow.
Translate the Managements priorities into clear plans and measurable outcomes
Build and maintain SOPs (standard operating procedures ) across functions to ensure consistency and accountability
Design and roll out a company-wide operating rhythm and platform (for example, in Notion) that includes weekly check-ins, leadership reviews, and quarterly planning sessions
Prepare and run leadership meetings, follow up on decisions, and make sure progress is visible
Create dashboards and reporting structures that turn company data into actionable insights
Work with the management on hiring plans, onboarding, and organizational development to support a strong company culture as MATE grows
Support strategic cross departmental projects such as fundraising, partnerships, and market expansion
Three to six years of experience in consulting or a high-growth startup/scale-up; experience in both is a plus
You have experience developing and documenting standard operating procedures or internal frameworks to bring structure
Strong analytical and communication skills. You are confident in presenting insights to senior leadership
You have a proactive mindset. You identify what needs to be done and take the initiative to make it happen
Familiarity with automation and workflow tools such as Notion, Zapier, n8n, and similar tools as well as the curiosity to learn about the rapidly changing landscape of AI tools
You thrive in situations where things are not fully defined. You see freedom as an opportunity to establish clarity and momentum
Fluency in English
