We’re looking for a full-time Paid Social Media Executive to take ownership of our paid social campaigns, someone who thrives on turning ideas into measurable results. Your main focus will be on setting up, managing, and optimising campaigns across Meta (Facebook, Instagram) and TikTok to drive performance and scale.
Beyond execution, we are looking for someone curious and proactive who contributes to building better workflows, identifying inefficiencies, and helping us evolve how we manage and analyse campaigns.
This position is based in our Copenhagen office. Candidates must have existing work eligibility and be located in Copenhagen to be considered. Please note that only applications and CVs submitted in English will be reviewed.
Plan, set up, and execute paid social campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and TikTok.
Monitor, analyse, and optimise campaigns daily to improve performance metrics such as CPA, ROAS, and conversion rate.
Document and refine campaign setup and optimisation processes to drive consistency and scalability.
Collaborate closely with the Creative team, providing data-driven insights to inform and improve copy, visuals, and multimedia asset production.
Manage daily budgets, pacing, and bid strategies to maximise effectiveness and ROI.
Conduct structured A/B testing on creatives, audiences, and bidding strategies
Report clearly on performance results, learnings, and process improvements to stakeholders.
Stay updated with paid social trends, ad tech tools, and new platform features.
Explore automation and tooling improvements to make campaign management more efficient.
2+ years of hands-on experience in social media advertising with a focus on Meta and TikTok Ads.
Proven ability to set up, optimise, and scale campaigns that drive measurable results.
Strong data-driven mindset with solid analytical and reporting skills.
Highly organised, detail-oriented, and process-minded; in other words, you like making things run smoothly.
Comfortable managing daily budgets, pacing, and bid strategies.
Collaborative team player with clear communication skills.
Excellent project management and organisational skills, with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Degree or diploma in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Fluent in English.
