Communications Student Assistant

Salary Competitive

We’re looking for a creative and structured student to join our Communications Team. This role will be key in supporting our communications and events activities centered around health tech implementation and scaling. As our new Student Assistant, you’ll get hands-on experience with communication tasks and event coordination while working in a dynamic, impact-driven organization.

Who you are:

  • Currently a student, ideally within communications, marketing, design, or a related field. Experience with or interest in innovation (especially within health and healthcare) is a plus.

  • Strong writing skills in English (Danish is a plus)

  • A good eye for visual communication (experience with tools like PowerPoint, Canva, or Adobe Suite is a plus)

  • An interest in events and community-building is a plus

What you will do:

  • Support day-to-day communications tasks — drafting content for newsletters, Eventbrite, and emails that engage our growing network.

  • Assist in creating visuals and presentations — you’re detail-oriented and have an eye for design and storytelling.

  • Help coordinate events and logistics during peak periods, ensuring everything runs smoothly.

  • Contribute ideas and energy to team projects, campaigns, and community initiatives.

What you will gain:

  • Hands-on experience with communications and event coordination in a fast-paced, international environment.

  • Skills in content creation, branding, and community engagement.

  • A front-row seat to the stories shaping health tech innovation in Denmark and beyond.

  • The chance to contribute to a mission-driven team working to improve health through technology and collaboration.

The practical bits:

Position for around 15-20 hours a week, with flexibility during exams.

Start as soon as possible, for a minimum of one year.

Based in Copenhagen, with flexibility for working remotely when needed. You will enjoy a fun, informal work environment with perks like healthy lunches, team days, free coffee, and more!

How to apply:

Interested candidates should submit a CV, including a short paragraph explaining why they are a good fit for this position.

Interviews will be held on a rolling basis, so we encourage candidates to apply as soon as possible. The deadline for applications is 1st of November.
