About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Success Manager to join our team in Copenhagen. You will play a key role in building strong relationships with our clients, ensuring they gain maximum value from our solutions, and supporting their long-term success. Acting as a trusted advisor, you will guide customers through onboarding, adoption, and growth, while collaborating internally to deliver exceptional experiences.

What you'll be doing

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of customers in Denmark and the wider region.

  • Build strong, trusted relationships to ensure customer satisfaction, retention, and expansion.

  • Lead onboarding processes and ensure a smooth adoption of our solutions.

  • Understand customers’ business goals and translate them into success plans.

  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling in collaboration with Sales.

  • Monitor customer health and proactively address risks to renewal.

  • Collect customer feedback and collaborate with Product, Sales, and Support teams to improve the customer experience.

  • Track and report on customer success metrics and KPIs.

You'll have

  • Experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a client-facing role in SaaS, technology, or related industries.

  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with fluency in English; Danish language skills are a plus.

  • Ability to understand complex solutions and explain them in a simple, value-driven way.

  • Strong problem-solving mindset and a proactive, hands-on approach.

  • Comfortable working with CRM and customer success tools.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
