We are growing quickly and are now looking for an experienced Partnership Manager to join our commercial team and lead our expansion into the DACH region. This is an opportunity to build and own a key market, work with ambitious agencies and ecommerce brands, and play a central role in shaping the future of a company that’s scaling internationally.

Drive new business across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland — from first contact to closed deal.
Build and manage a strong sales pipeline, supported by inbound leads and outbound initiatives.
Conduct tailored product demos, guide prospects through the buying journey, and act as a trusted advisor.
Identify opportunities for growth and expansion within the region - both for direct sales and through partnerships with agencies.
Collaborate closely with Marketing, and Customer Success to ensure a smooth customer experience.
Provide market insights that shape our go-to-market strategy in DACH.
5+ years of experience in B2B sales, ideally within SaaS, ecommerce, or marketing technology.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Deep understanding of the DACH market and strong commercial acumen.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Fluency in German and English (written and spoken).
A proactive, structured, and goal-oriented mindset.
Experience working in a scale-up or fast-growing environment is a plus.
Experience working in or with SoMe and PPC agencies is also a plus.
