Health Tech Hub Copenhagen (HTHC), a leading non-profit organization in the health tech ecosystem, is seeking a strong and experienced Senior Business Developer to validate and ensure financial sustainability of HTHC’s products, to ensure the impact scales to as many people, entrepreneurs and healthcare providers as possible.
Our business model is on recurring revenue products, e.g., network and learning concepts within memberships and subscriptions/SaaS for our innovative and digital platform Health Tech Pathways (HTP).
This is a hands-on driving role, requiring someone who can both lead the creation and testing of business models for our products, design how to validate, secure validated learning to improve our products. You will be working with a great team of people passionate about healthcare and tech, including people responsible for our products, relationships and current validation efforts.
Develop and validate business models for new and current products, to ensure financial self-sustainability. This includes planning, designing and validating business models, willingness-to-pay, go-to-market strategies, product scalability and growth potential, the optimal member journey. Your main tasks will be out of the building doing market research and validation with current and potential members/subscribers.
Validate target group needs and size (total addressable market) for our prioritised target groups, which includes entrepreneurs (health tech solution owners from startups to corporate/public product teams) and the people who creates impact with health tech in practice (in hospitals, municipalities, pension and insurance, etc.).
Anchor validated learning internally in the team and products, ensuring that insights are not just shared, but embedded into our products, customer profiles, and strategic decisions.
Commercial acumen and strong commercial experience in turning ideas into financially sustainable products. You have strong commercial experience in creating and validating products and business models (related to the Key Responsibilities listed above). This includes a proven track record of shaping, validating and taking products to market and making them financially sustainable. It is a big plus if you have experience with recurring revenue models such as memberships and/or SaaS.
Results-driven and with a strong bias for action, where you take ownership to improve our business models and financial sustainability. You are not afraid to get out of the building and be hands-on to get the job done. You prioritize measurable results and validated learning over personal opinions.
Validation expertise: You must possess a strong, data-driven approach to business development and validation. This could include strong experience with methods such as Design Thinking or Google sprints, build-measure-learn, jobs-to-be-done analysis, pretotyping and prototyping, setting up external shark tanks and advisory boards, and similar.
