Health Tech Hub Copenhagen (HTHC) is a leading non-profit in shaping the future of healthcare through health tech. We’re looking for a Digital Engagement Manager to design and deliver digital member journeys that attract, engage, and retain health tech entrepreneurs.
Our members are startups and innovators working with health tech solutions. Memberships are at the core of our model, both to our physical networks and soon to our digital platform Health Tech Pathways. Your role is key in ensuring that these memberships create real value and long-term engagement.
With a drive to create engaging digital experiences, you balance bold ideas with data-driven insights to build and refine journeys that truly engage our members.
This is a hands-on and driving role. You will help shape the strategy for how we engage members and potential members digitally, while also rolling up your sleeves to make it happen in close cooperation with our communication and CRM colleagues.
Engage and retain members through communication flows (primarily via email), that create value and build community among health tech entrepreneurs.
Convert new members through communication flows tailored to our target groups, to help ensure we reach our ambitious growth targets.
Identify and help create valuable digital content from our activities to be included in the flows, including videos, articles and interviews.
Help shape and strengthen our brand communication, ensuring our mission and community are communicated compellingly to both current and future members, and across all our media surfaces (including LinkedIn and website).
You don’t need prior experience in healthcare or entrepreneurship, and we welcome candidates from diverse educational backgrounds. What matters most is that you are:
Experienced in designing and optimizing digital journeys that drive engagement and loyalty—ideally from membership or subscription-based organizations. You know how to nurture long-term relationships digitally and turn engagement into action. You have likely worked with membership/subscription models, fundraising, loyalty programs, email automation, or similar areas.
Results-driven and structured with a sharp focus on conversion, engagement, and retention metrics. You prioritize active participation and long-term member value over passive content consumption.
Good at communicating in written English and Danish in a way that engages and touches people. You have the ability to turn professional or technical areas into clear, engaging, and emotionally resonant content. Danish language skills are a plus, but not necessary.
Bold and creative, unafraid to experiment and learn from both success and failure. You thrive in an environment where innovation matters more than playing it safe.
You are a good cultural fit if you can see yourself in our team behaviours:
Strives for impact: You let healthcare impact guide your decisions, aiming to improve the lives of millions through tech. You set high standards for yourself and stay focused on what truly matters.
Makes the team the star: You succeed through the team, not solo. You elevate others, put collective results above personal credit, and challenge ideas constructively.
Entrepreneurial attitude: You own entrepreneurial drive, a bias for action, and a positive approach to challenges.
This is a chance to apply your digital skills in a mission-driven, international team working to improve health outcomes for 1 billion people worldwide. You’ll join a dedicated team, where innovation, collaboration, and purpose drive everything we do. We offer a collaborative environment at Talent Garden in Copenhagen, a great lunch arrangement and remote work every Thursday.
If this opportunity excites you, write us a few lines about yourself and why you want to join our team, plus share your CV.
We will be inviting for interviews ongoing, therefore please submit your application as soon as possible, but no later than 26th October 2025.
