Be part of the team that fuels RoyalHacks behind the scenes. Sponsorships & Finance ensures the event has the resources to thrive—building partnerships, securing funds, managing budgets, and shaping the relationships that make RoyalHacks possible.
Identify and reach out to potential sponsors and partners
Develop sponsorship packages and partnership proposals
Manage incoming funds, budgets, and expense tracking
Coordinate with other teams to ensure financial transparency and planning
Organized, proactive communicators
Interested in entrepreneurship, partnerships, or business strategy
Comfortable with outreach and networking
No prior experience required–just curiosity and commitment!
Real fundraising experience
Leadership and teamwork skills in a professional setting
Opportunities to connect with companies, startups, and investors
Hands-on experience with budgeting and communication
Official reference letter to support your goals
A team of ambitious peers driven by impact
October-March: 3-5 h/week (hybrid of remote & on-location, depending on your team’s internal agreements)
