  • Sponsorships & Finance (Fundraising)

  • Marketing & SoMe (Brand & Growth)

  • Operations (Participant Experience Design)

Sponsorships & Finance

Be part of the team that fuels RoyalHacks behind the scenes. Sponsorships & Finance ensures the event has the resources to thrive—building partnerships, securing funds, managing budgets, and shaping the relationships that make RoyalHacks possible.


Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and reach out to potential sponsors and partners

  • Develop sponsorship packages and partnership proposals

  • Manage incoming funds, budgets, and expense tracking

  • Coordinate with other teams to ensure financial transparency and planning


We're looking for

  • Organized, proactive communicators

  • Interested in entrepreneurship, partnerships, or business strategy

  • Comfortable with outreach and networking

  • No prior experience required–just curiosity and commitment!

  • October-March: 3-5 h/week (hybrid of remote & on-location, depending on your team’s internal agreements)
