As a Jr. Fund Operations Specialist, you’ll be part of our growing operations team and gain hands-on experience in fund accounting and administration for leading Danish investment managers. This is a chance to learn how investment funds actually work behind the scenes, while developing the skills that can launch your career in finance.

The role is part-time and designed to fit alongside your studies, with flexibility around exams and coursework.


What you’ll do

You’ll help deliver high-quality service to our clients through tasks like:

  • Supporting fund accounting: postings, reconciliations, and reporting

  • Assisting with drawdowns and distributions

  • Contributing to regulatory reporting

  • Collaborating with colleagues across Denmark, Norway, and Sweden

  • Taking part in process improvement and automation initiatives


About you

You’re structured, motivated, and curious about how finance operates in practice. You enjoy working with data, systems, and details — and you like when things add up.


You might be:

  • Studying for a master’s in finance, accounting, or business

  • Tech-savvy and comfortable in Excel

  • Proactive, analytical, and eager to learn

  • Bonus: experience with accounting or financial software
