Lead the team responsible for making RoyalHacks run like clockwork–coordinate venue bookings, manage event schedules, handle decorations, set up AV, oversee swag, prizes, catering, and ensure every detail is planned for the ultimate hackathon weekend.
Secure venues, handle decorations and arrange event layouts
Manage ordering and delivery of food, swag, and prizes
Create and maintain event schedules
Coordinate with sponsors and other teams for smooth on-site execution
Strong communicators & team players
Problem-solving mindset
Enthusiasm & motivation
No prior experience or specific degree needed
Real event operations & leadership experience at national scale
Valuable skills in leadership & teamwork by coordinating a large, complex event
Opportunities to connect with industry professionals and sponsors
Hands-on experience managing logistics, problem-solving, and adapting under pressure
Official reference letters to support your goals

October-March: 3-5 h/week (hybrid of remote & on-location, depending on your team’s internal agreements)
