  • Sponsorships & Finance (Fundraising)

  • Marketing & SoMe (Brand & Growth)

  • Operations (Participant Experience Design)

Logistics & Venue

Lead the team responsible for making RoyalHacks run like clockwork–coordinate venue bookings, manage event schedules, handle decorations, set up AV, oversee swag, prizes, catering, and ensure every detail is planned for the ultimate hackathon weekend.


Key Responsibilities

  • Secure venues, handle decorations and arrange event layouts

  • Manage ordering and delivery of food, swag, and prizes

  • Create and maintain event schedules

  • Coordinate with sponsors and other teams for smooth on-site execution


We're looking for

  • Strong communicators & team players

  • Problem-solving mindset

  • Enthusiasm & motivation

  • No prior experience or specific degree needed

Time & Place

  • October-March: 3-5 h/week (hybrid of remote & on-location, depending on your team’s internal agreements)
