At Campbase, we’re building the next-generation SaaS platform for campgrounds. Our mission is simple: to give campsites the modern tools they need to thrive. We’re making it effortless for owners to manage bookings, guests, and operations while at the same time creating a booking experience that today’s campers actually want to use. By combining a smooth, mobile-first journey for guests with seamless integrations across OTAs, payments, and other platforms, we’ll help campgrounds deliver a great experience, reach new audiences, and grow their revenue.
Unlike many startups, we’ll also get to experience the industry from the inside, because we’re buying our own campground, which our Head of Customer Success will run on a daily basis. This gives us a unique opportunity to learn fast, test Campbase in a real environment, and build a product that truly matches the needs of campground owners.
We’re currently three dedicated and experienced co-founders driving Campbase forward:
Head of Sales – leading sales and revenue growth, always focused on building strong customer relationships. She brings experience from scaling a SaaS sales team from 1,2 million DKK to 120 million DKK in annual recurring revenue.
Head of Customer Success & Operations – ensuring customer happiness, retention, and great experiences while also running our own campground. He brings unique insights from the camping industry.
Head of Finance & Business Development – keeping the numbers in check, scouting growth opportunities, and handling fundraising and strategy. In his last startup, he raised 35 million DKK in funding and grew the company to 30 employees.
Now we’re looking for our fourth co-founder — a passionate CTO who wants to take charge of the product vision and technical development.
Own the overall technical vision and architecture of Campbase.
Lead the development of our SaaS platform from MVP to scale.
Build integrations, optimize performance, and ensure a secure, stable product.
Build integrations between Campbase and existing booking platforms and third-party systems to give our customers maximum flexibility.
Work closely with the other co-founders to align tech with customer and business needs.
Shape the future tech team and culture as we grow.
Experience building SaaS products (bonus if you’ve worked with booking systems, CRMs, or hospitality tools).
Solid background in software development, cloud infrastructure, and integrations.
A builder’s mindset: You enjoy getting your hands dirty, but can also think strategically.
