You are a growth mastermind who eats, breathes, and executes growth strategies. You set new standards for how we drive intake through paid ads, optimize performance across the full funnel, and continuously improve conversion through sharp experimentation and CRO.
You will play a central role in driving growth projects from strategy to execution across all markets, ensuring that our intake, funnel, and CRO initiatives deliver measurable impact.
Key responsibilities
Ads & Intake
Own the strategy, execution, and optimization of paid advertising channels to drive efficient customer intake across all markets.
Define budgets, targets, and reporting frameworks to ensure sustainable growth.
Collaborate with Creative, Tech and Product to ensure ads deliver both short-term intake and long-term brand growth.
Full Funnel
Ensure an integrated growth approach across the full customer journey — from awareness to retention.
Develop, execute, and continuously optimize funnel strategies that improve performance at every stage.
CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization)
Own and drive testing and experimentation across landing pages, sign-up flows, and user journeys.
Use data, insights, and industry best practices to increase conversion rates and optimize member experience.
Overall
Lead growth projects with clear accountability for results, budgets, and learnings.
Stay on top of growth trends, new channels, and best practices to fuel continuous improvement.
Align closely with stakeholders across teams.
Experience
Be very clever and/or +2 years of experience in Growth/Marketing Management
Proven track record of successfully developing and executing growth strategies across markets
Experience building and driving a growth team forward through disciplined execution, clear processes, and documentation
An AI first approach to all problem solving
Experience working with subscription services is a plus

Strong strategic capabilities and ability to see the big-picture opportunities and challenges, but also translate these into tactical execution
Strong critical thinking skills with an analytical orientation and attention to detail
Self-directed with a passion for learning, automating, and sharing knowledge
Comfortable working in a complex environment with many demanding stakeholders
Enjoys working with data, gathering insights, and executing next steps accordingly
Proficiency in English
