We are growing quickly and are now looking for experienced Customer Success Managers to join our team. This is an opportunity to build meaningful, long-term partnerships with ambitious ecommerce brands and to play a key role in shaping the future of a company that’s scaling internationally.

What You’ll Do
Own the customer journey post-sale, including onboarding, adoption, and long-term success.
Act as a trusted advisor and help customers unlock the full potential of ProfitMetrics.
Build strong relationships with key stakeholders and identify opportunities for upsell, cross-sell, and expansion.
Collaborate closely with Partnerships and Technical Support to deliver a seamless customer experience.
Monitor customer health metrics and proactively address retention risks.
Translate customer feedback into insights that shape our product roadmap.
What We’re Looking For
3–5 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Partnerships (preferably in SaaS or ecommerce tech).
Strong relationship-building and communication skills, with the ability to influence and drive outcomes.
A proactive, problem-solving mindset and a genuine passion for helping customers succeed.
Experience with ecommerce clients or SaaS solutions is a plus.
Fluency in English (additional languages are a bonus).
