Join our Customer Integration Team as a Senior Customer Integration Engineer and drive the success of our most complex customer integrations. You will play a crucial role in driving value with our customers.

What You’ll Do:

This role requires technical mastery, and a deep focus on customer success.

  • Lead the technical design, development, and maintenance of complex, high-throughput integration solutions using .NET C#, ensuring performance, reliability, and security.

  • Drive our agile development cycle, contributing significantly to technical roadmap planning, estimation, and sprint execution.

  • Act as a key technical liaison with customers, engaging in deep-dive sessions to architect tailored integration strategies that meet their specific enterprise needs and exceed expectations.

  • Own the troubleshooting and resolution of complex, high-priority technical issues, applying advanced diagnostic and debugging techniques to ensure smooth and reliable customer experiences.

  • Establish and advocate for best practices for robust software development, integration patterns (e.g., event-driven, API-based), security, and operational excellence.

  • Perform rigorous code reviews and contribute to the evolution of our CI/CD pipelines to maintain high-quality standards across the team.


Who You Are:

You are a proven engineer ready to take on technical ownership and leadership.

  • You have 5+ years of experience designing, building, and deploying scalable applications and complex integrations, with deep expertise in .NET C#

  • You possess an expert understanding of integration patterns, protocols (e.g., REST, SOAP, message queues), and security standards. Experience with large-scale enterprise systems (e.g., ERP, CRM) is a significant plus.

  • You are a recognized technical leader who can independently drive projects from concept to production.

  • You are driven by technical excellence, finding joy in delivering well-architected, highly-performant, well-tested, and documented solutions.

  • You possess exceptional communication and presentation skills, comfortable engaging with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, including senior customer IT teams.

  • You embody a customer-obsessed mindset, passionate about creating solutions that provide significant, measurable business impact..
