We are seeking a proactive Revenue Operations Assistant to support our sales process, prospect research, and outreach. You should be sales-minded and have a keen interest in business processes and automation.

In this role, you will play a key part in supporting sales outreach, sourcing/maintaining data in our CRM, and ensuring data accuracy, while contributing to the efficiency and scalability of our revenue operations.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct prospect and account research to support sales outreach and lead qualification.

• Build / Maintain outbound email flows for sales outreach.

• Maintain and update CRM records to ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency.

• Monitor and improve data quality by identifying and resolving duplicates, errors, or missing information.

• Help document and maintain standard operating procedures for sales and CRM processes.
