As we continue to grow across European markets, we’re now looking for a Strategic Account Manager to strengthen our partnerships with enterprise clients — primarily within automotive (importers and dealer groups), but also across other key industries.
As our new Strategic Account Manager, you’ll own and grow long-term relationships with some of our most important enterprise customers. While your main focus will be in the automotive sector, you'll also manage strategic accounts in other verticals using our Autoflows CX and related solutions.
This is a high impact role and your success will come from your ability to:
Understand complex client needs
Build trust across stakeholder levels
Identify strategic opportunities for product adoption and expansion
Deliver long-term value and strong ROI
You’ll work closely with your colleagues in Customer Success as well as our Product and Customer Support teams to ensure smooth onboarding, strong client engagement, and a clear link between client goals and our product roadmap.
Own and manage a portfolio of strategic enterprise accounts — primarily automotive, but also other key industries
Act as the primary commercial point of contact for your clients — from onboarding to renewal and expansion
Build strong relationships with decision-makers and stakeholders across markets, brands, and dealer networks
Identify and execute on upsell and cross-sell opportunities and negotiate commercial terms
Translate client goals into business cases, product feedback, or strategic initiatives internally
Collaborate with Customer Success and Product to ensure value realization and alignment with client needs
Monitor account health, platform usage, and satisfaction
Lead strategic performance reviews and ensure our clients see measurable impact from our solutions
Serve as a trusted advisor in helping clients succeed with customer experience transformation and data-driven workflows
You are commercially minded, strategic, and enjoy building meaningful, long-term client partnerships. Ideally, you’ve worked with B2B SaaS, enterprise accounts, or in data/tech-driven environments before.
You have:
Proven experience in strategic account management, client development, or similar roles
Experience managing enterprise clients with multiple stakeholders, markets, or product lines
A strong commercial mindset and track record of driving client growth (upsell, expansion, renewals)
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Confidence in delivering presentations, ROI cases, and stakeholder updates
Solid understanding of data, KPIs, and customer experience principles
Experience from SaaS, consulting or the automotive industry is a plus, but not a requirement
Professional proficiency in English; Danish or other Scandinavian languages are a plus
