The Role
We’re looking for GTM Associates to join our team in Copenhagen. This is not a “sit back and follow a playbook” role. You’ll be working directly with the Commercial Lead and across Sales, Marketing, and Product to help build and scale our go-to-market engine.
This is a career-defining seat; you’ll get exposure to every part of the GTM motion, from outbound prospecting to customer meetings, campaign execution, and sales operations. If you’re ambitious, curious, and ready to grow fast, this role will give you the foundation to become a sought-after AE or RevOps expert.
What You’ll Do
Generate a pipeline through outbound outreach and by really connecting with decision makers.
Support the sales team with research, prospecting, and first-touch conversations.
Work on GTM experiments: messaging tests, new channels, events, and partnerships.
Help refine playbooks, cadences, and reporting in HubSpot.
Collect and share customer insights across Sales, Marketing, and Product.
Be hands-on across the funnel, from first touch → meeting booked → closed won.
Skills You’ll Need
Some commercial or sales-related experience (internship, SDR/BDR, or similar).
Excited to get on the phone and create pipeline.
Curious about B2B SaaS, GTM, and the startup world.
Coachable and eager to learn at high velocity.
Strong written and verbal communication (English required; Danish/German is a plus).
