About the role:

Our production team is at the heart of Sugarcoat, ensuring every branded product meets our high standards. You'll oversee the entire production process—from order processing to delivery—in close collaboration with brand, print, and production partners.

As a Production Coordinator, you’ll be part of our Production & Product team and:

• Manage orders with suppliers and ensure smooth operation from A-Z

• Help us improve and automate production processes

• Identify, build, and manage strong relationships with suppliers

• Support light graphical design work

• Support onboarding of new products and maintain accurate production data
