Sales Representative (Commission-Only) – Engrafo Data Catalog & Lineage

Engrafo is a Danish data catalog and lineage platform for organizations working heavily with SQL Server, SAS, SSIS, Power BI, and more. We help customers document data, understand data flows, and meet governance requirements—fast and visually - using specialized metadata models and generative AI .
You will sell Engrafo software to new B2B customers (Denmark/Nordics) and build your own pipeline from outreach to close. Typical buyers: Heads of Data/BI, Data Architects, Governance/Compliance leads, and IT Operations managers.
Prospect and qualify leads (LinkedIn, network, events, calls/emails).
Run product demos (we provide demo scripts, environment, and use cases).
Prepare proposals, negotiate, and close license + associated services.
Maintain pipeline and forecasting in CRM; collaborate closely with product.
Proven B2B software/SaaS sales experience—ideally in data/BI/analytics.
Hunter mindset, self-driven, comfortable with commission-only compensation.
Ability to articulate value around data cataloging, lineage, and compliance.
Professional written and spoken Danish and English.
Attractive uncapped commission on closed license deals (first-year contracts + renewals by agreement).

Ready-to-use demo environments, sales collateral, and reference use cases (SAS, SQL, Power BI, SSIS).
Fully flexible remote setup.
Commission-only (no base salary). Commission is earned on customer invoicing/payment and paid out monthly.
Commission applies to software licenses and agreed-upon services.
