Eupry is revolutionizing how pharmaceutical and life science companies handle temperature compliance through our hardware-enabled SaaS solution. With rapid growth and onboarding of major pharmaceutical companies, we are looking for a Customer Relation Specialist to support our onboarding team and help ensure successful project implementations.

This is a great opportunity for someone early in their career to get hands-on experience with pharma customers, contribute to impactful projects, and grow within a fast-scaling international company.

What You’ll Do

As a Customer Relation Specialist, you’ll play an important role in ensuring a smooth onboarding and long-term success of our customers. You will:

  • Assist in onboarding projects for pharmaceutical customers, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of our hardware-enabled SaaS solution.

  • Work closely with senior colleagues to follow Eupry’s project implementation methodology, learning best practices in GxP-regulated environments.

  • Support customers in gaining full value from Eupry’s solution after go-live, helping them with adoption and everyday usage.

  • Serve as a key contact point for customer questions and feedback, making sure insights reach the right internal teams.

  • Collaborate with our tech and commercial teams by sharing learnings from customer interactions.

What We’re Looking For

We don’t expect you to have years of experience—this is a role where you’ll learn and grow. However, we’d love you to bring:

  • A service-minded, structured approach and great communication skills.

  • Interest in pharma, SaaS solutions, or regulated industries (experience is a plus, but not required).

  • The ability to stay organized, manage tasks, and keep an eye on details.

  • Motivation to learn project delivery in a technical and regulated environment.

  • A collaborative mindset and eagerness to grow into more responsibility over time.
