With rapid growth and increasing onboarding of major pharmaceutical companies, we are looking for a Customer Relation Manager to lead our onboarding team and drive successful project implementations.
This role offers the opportunity to be hands-on with project implementation while shaping Eupry’s Customer Relation Team and owning our project implementation methodology. You’ll ensure our approach follows best practices for GxP-regulated projects and provide critical feedback to both our tech team (developing the platform) and our commercial team (scoping future projects). Together with your team, you’ll also be responsible for ensuring customers realize the full value of Eupry’s solution after go-live—delivering the outcomes they expected and paving the way to expand Eupry’s footprint within key accounts.
