Who we are

At Criipto we are on a quest to make the digital world a safe place to roam. Our mission is to prevent people from having their digital identity stolen or misused. 

 We work with identity authentications, which can be trusted by users to be safe.

 One of the tools that Criipto offers our customers is extensions and integrations into third party systems, such as address lookups in government services and more.

Our products are built for developers, by developers.

What you will do

Criipto offers an extensions & integrations platform that allows our customers to customize and extend our existing product flows.

As a part of the extensions & integration team you will work on expanding criipto offerings to match customer needs and take ownership of everything from API design to infrastructure. Your primary users will be other developers, so ideally you are interested in developer experience.

• Build our new “Bring Your Own Code” offering allowing developers to write code to extend the login process

• Add new integrations for country specific services, such as address or company registries

• Build a secure zero-trust infrastructure that is scalable and as loosely coupled as possible

• Deep integrations into external systems, such as IVR and cloud platforms.

Unblock first

We believe team members should be unblocked as soon as possible, as waiting for code review or other external factors can otherwise lead to demotivation and low engagement.

It is the team member's responsibility to make themselves unblockable by ensuring that the work is organized for the reviewer and with code readability in mind.

Code review is both a requirement and a desire within the Criipto engineering teams as we believe it leads to a higher quality and shared responsibility of the codebase.

Quality first

We prefer quality over speed and therefore we do not want to impose internal deadlines on engineering teams.

“You build it, you run it, you support it”: We take pride in building stable products that we are happy to both operate and support. We give you the time needed to build good stuff.

Adaptivity

We believe that to be adaptive you must accept that plans are snapshot estimates based on goals that were important at the time the plan was laid, but should be revisited based on new information.

We prefer the mindset of adaptivity to be a core value of how we work rather than using an agile framework like scrum. As such we have no sprints, no two-year roadmap where the work is one endless jira task after another.

Working at Criipto

We have around 25 employees, located in Copenhagen near Vesterport. We have a remote friendly work policy.

We are owned by Norwegian Stø, who again is owned by the Norwegian banks. We are a fully independent brand and business and cooperate with our owners teams when relevant.

Working at our office includes lunch, access to good coffee, a fridge for cold drinks, snacks and additionally the team is lobbying for a kombucha sommelier to be added.
