We’re hiring a mid-level Partner Success Manager to join our commercial team. This is a role for someone who is naturally proactive and takes responsibility—both for the success of our partners and for PlayPilot’s growth. You’ll play a key role in shaping the way we work with streaming services, studios, and publishers—helping them reach audiences through innovative advertising, affiliate collaborations, and premium ad solutions.
Manage a portfolio of partners (streamers, distributors, studios, and publishers) as their trusted point of contact.
Plan, launch, and optimize campaigns across PlayPilot placements such as widgets, PlayLink cards, newsletters, and the site.
Create attractive proposals and pitch decks for campaigns, and actively reach out to potential customers for premium ad sales.
Translate partner goals into campaign strategies with the right targeting, creative formats, tracking setups, and testing plans; share clear results and next steps.
Lead partner meetings, campaign kickoffs, and regular business reviews; keep timelines, approvals, and assets on track.
Work closely with our product and design teams to deliver creative assets and ensure tracking and measurement are reliable.
Identify actionable insights (for example: cost per click, cost per acquisition, return on ad spend, view-through performance) and recommend optimizations.
Spot opportunities to expand collaborations and contribute to best-practice playbooks and case studies.
Around 5 years of experience in Customer or Partner Success, Account Management, or Advertising Operations within digital media or performance marketing.
A proactive and responsible mindset—you take ownership, follow through, and care about results for both partners and your own team.
Hands-on experience running digital campaigns (affiliate, programmatic, paid social or search, newsletters) and confidence working with numbers.
Familiarity with digital measurement and attribution (such as last-click versus view-through, and post-click conversion windows).
Comfortable with analytics tools (like Google Analytics 4) and spreadsheets; bonus if you have experience with databases.
A strong communicator who can brief clearly, challenge ideas constructively, and present results in a simple and engaging way.
Bonus experience: working with publishers (inventory, placements, pricing, trafficking) and ideally bringing an existing network of publisher contacts. Knowledge of the streaming and entertainment industry, or affiliate networks such as Impact, Awin, Skimlinks, or Partnerize, are also valuable.
Extra bonus if you have graphical skills—for example, being able to fix and edit creatives for campaigns, polish presentations and proposals, or adapt visual assets when needed.
