The Opportunity

We’re looking for either:

• An individual entrepreneur ready to step into a live business with traction,

• Or a small team eager to accelerate growth with sales, marketing, and product expansion.

You’ll be inheriting:

• A working SaaS product (ready to use and iterate on).

• A base of thousands of users.

• Warm B2B leads and a pipeline of interested companies.

• A brand and positioning already in motion.

Ownership Model We are flexible in how the handover can happen:

• 💰 Cash deal — take over dovento outright, or

• 🤝 Equity structure — join as founder-operator, where we contribute the platform and traction, and you take the majority ownership going forward.

Who You Are

• Ambitious operator, founder, or early-stage startup team.

• Skilled in growth, sales, or product leadership (technical or non-technical paths possible).

• Hungry to take a proven foundation and turn it into a scalable business.

• Either technical yourself or can find a technical partner. dovento requires ongoing technical updates, which you would be responsible for. Code is written in React Native, node.js with express.js backend, and db is mongodb.
