As our Strategic Outreach & Experience Manager, you will own and execute our community user experience program in Copenhagen, taking full responsibility for its success.
This is a hands-on, leadership-driven role: you’ll coordinate and activate our Events, Marketing, and Business Development teams to deliver workshops and in-person events, manage participant experience, and ensure everything runs smoothly — without needing day-to-day direction from the CEO. You’ll capture feedback and insights along the way to help shape LifeBonder’s future in-person offerings.
This role is for someone who leads with clarity, energy, and execution — a natural people-mover and action-taker who knows how to rally a team, build partnerships, and drive results across multiple channels.

Lead and launch LifeBonder’s User Experience Group (our Copenhagen Focus Group initiative) from strategy to execution.
• Gather insights and feedback to inform future product and community strategies.
• Coordinate closely with marketing, events, and content teams to amplify visibility and storytelling around the project.
Design and execute strategies that grow LifeBonder’s reach, strengthen partnerships, and create meaningful in-person and digital experiences: with clear KPIs and measurable impact
• Design and execute growth strategies across partnerships, brand visibility, and community engagement — with clear KPIs and momentum.
• Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships that elevate our mission and expand reach.
• Track impact, measure progress, and iterate fast — always keeping outcomes and alignment front and center.
• Represent LifeBonder with authenticity and ambition—whether pitching a potential partner or leading an internal meeting
A strategic thinker with a sales, business development, or growth mindset who knows exactly how to turn vision into measurable action.
• Experienced in program development, user engagement, community-building, or event coordination — able to launch initiatives that connect people meaningfully.
• A bold and creative problem-solver with an unstoppable go-getter personality
• Someone who trusts their own ideas and has the confidence and conviction to execute on them
• Comfortable leading in a volunteer-driven, fast-moving, remote environment, where influence, inspiration, and initiative matter more than hierarchy.
