Job Title: Onboarding & Accounting Specialist (Student Assistant)
Location: Copenhagen
Job Type: Part-time (approx. 15-20 hours/week)
Start Date: As soon as possible
Founded in 2024, we're building the next generation of AI-first core accounting software. Our dream is to make it much easier to run a small business with our self-driving bookkeeping solution.
We are live with our Private Beta, the first 20 companies are onboarded, and our waitlist is 250+ companies long. Having raised a pre-seed round from top-tier investors, we're ready to accelerate and migrate more businesses to Numina.
While our team is small, we come with experience from building recognized scale-ups like Pleo and Weld. You'll work directly with Jakob (co-founder), giving you a unique chance to be part of building an early-stage company from the inside.
As our Onboarding & Accounting Specialist, you'll play a pivotal role in our early growth story. You will be the crucial link between our product and our first, most important customers, ensuring they have a seamless and positive experience as they join the future of accounting.
Customer Onboarding & Migration: You'll own the onboarding process from start to finish. This involves migrating customer data from their old accounting software (like E-conomic or Dinero) and ensuring a smooth, successful transition to Numina.
Product Expert: Become the go-to expert for our customers. You'll answer their questions, solve their accounting challenges, and help them unlock the full potential of the Numina platform.
Product Development & Feedback Loop: Act as the voice of the customer internally. You'll gather critical insights and work directly with the founders and product team to shape the future of our product.
You are currently pursuing a degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or a similar field (e.g., HA from CBS, Polit from KU).
You have a solid understanding of accounting principles and are comfortable with the fundamentals of double-entry bookkeeping.
You are fluent in both written and spoken Danish and English.
You are a self-starter who thrives on responsibility. In a startup, there's no playbook - you'll help us write it.
Are passionate about building a product that will redefine accounting for small businesses.
Have hands-on experience with accounting software like E-conomic or Dinero.
A unique opportunity to shape a product and a company from the ground up. Your work will have a direct and visible impact.
Close collaboration with and mentorship from experienced founders who have been part of the Danish startup success story.
A steep learning curve and the opportunity to take on significant responsibility that you won't find in a larger organization.
Flexible working hours that respect your studies and exam periods.
A key role in an ambitious, VC-backed tech startup at the most exciting stage of its journey.
A competitive salary and a great office in the heart of Copenhagen.
