We’re looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to help drive our expansion in the Danish market.
As an SDR, you’ll be on the front line of our sales process, identifying potential clients, engaging with them, and qualifying leads. You’ll play a key role in building our pipeline and supporting the commercial team in delivering results.

Backed by a €2.9 million seed round (Feb 2025) led by People Ventures, Interface Capital, and leading angels, Pandektes already serves over 150 customers across Denmark and Germany. Our long-term ambition is to build Europe’s largest AI-powered legal database.
Prospect and qualify potential clients through outbound efforts
Schedule meetings with potential customers and spark interest in Pandektes
Experiment with tools and collaborate with the commercial team to improve outreach and sales efforts
Track and manage outreach performance in our CRM
Support the Danish sales team with sales tasks and preparation of materials
Based in Copenhagen – this role requires physical presence in our office
Fluent in written and spoken Danish and English (additional languages are a plus)
Curious, persistent, and resourceful when facing challenges
Motivated by reaching targets, driving business, and delivering value
Strong communicator who thrives on building relationships and sparking interest
Eager to learn and open to feedback, with a growth mindset
Plus (not required):
Experience in sales, business development, or lead generation in a B2B SaaS environment
Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.)
Interest in the legal and regulatory industry
Currently or previously studied business, administration, law, or similar fields
